 [ 2005-08-25 ]  Introduction

Where are we now ?

Paying our first parking ticket in Luxembourg.

We were your average travelers with some experience (see earlier trips) and money in our pockets.  We'd like to travel light, a bit outside the classical circuits if possible and without any obligation to go and visit the 'you have to see this when you go there' - sites.

The plan of our trip has lead us from Europe to South- and Central-America where we were enjoying a sunny Xmas 2004.  By the end of Spring we were hiking in Quebec and British Columbia before flying down to New Zealand and Australia.  We have it really hot in South-East Asia where we were in Autumn.  Somewhere by the end of November 2005 we have put  'foot on land' in Europe again.

A little word on this website.  First of all we decided to write in English which is the common language for us all.  Secondly, pictures say more than words, so you'll find plenty of them on your left hand side  (click to enlarge).  This would not have been able without the help and support of our only and truly sponsor : Red-Dog

Well, that's it basically. You can email us (lodewijk@same url or sarah@same url), sit back, relax and wait for a reply, or click on any of the above sections and enjoy the ride!
